At SAAE Australia, we stock thousands of products in our distribution centres around Australia and have a trusted network of partners to supply you with reliable and affordable products. If you require specialised products, our team can help facilitate.
Delivery Times
We strive to deliver all orders to you as soon as possible. However, as all orders are unique please allow adequate time for our team to pick and pack your order. Quoted delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
For Australian Metro Areas, orders will be shipped in 3-5 business days of confirmation of payment. Unfortunately we do not deliver to a PO box, our team will be in touch to organise an alternate delivery.
Orders under 22kgs and 105cm length are sent via Australia Post.
Orders over 22kgs and 105cm in length are sent via Fastway or Toll.
Please note, these times are subject to delays from posting agents such as Australia Post, Fastway and Toll. Our team will send notification of the movements of your purchase at each step of fulfillment and delivery and will notify you immediately if delays beyond the expected delivery time occur.
Typical delivery times are within Monday-Friday 9:00AM to 5:00PM.
Click & Collect
Collection of your item from our warehouses is unavailable at this time. We use trusted and reliable courier agencies in Australia to ensure you receive your item with fast and safe delivery.
Split Deliveries
We endeavour to complete all deliveries in a single order. Our products are located in distribution centres across Australia and may be delivered in split deliveries due to availability and size of product. If this is the case, you will receive a tracking number to remain up to date with each delivery.
Shipping Prices
The cost of your order is calculated based on your area of delivery (metro or non-metro areas) and if your total purchase order is over or under the value of $149AUD.
Free Shipping
If your item is over the purchase price of $150 and does not exceed 1m in length and 20kg in weight, you qualify for free shipping in metropolitan areas in Australia.
International Shipping
International shipping is not currently offered by SAAE Australia.
Shipping Insurance
At SAAE Australia, all orders are covered by Shipping Insurance if the item is deemed lost or damage during the time of transit only. A refund or replacement will only be issued if the lost item is confirmed by the courier service. Theft after the item is successfully delivered will not be covered by Shipping Insurance. Please note that shipping insurance does not cover items that you return, we encourage you to get shipping insurance on returned items in the event that items are damaged or lost in transit.
Order Tracking
After completing your purchase, you will receive your tracking number via email. You will also receive updates of the progress of your order during fulfilment and delivery.
Cancellations
You are able to change your order prior to its dispatch from our distribution centres, which is typically 48 hours after the completion of your purchase. Please contact our team as soon as possible for changes or cancellation of your order.
