Returns Policy

Exchanges or Change-of-mind

Want to exchange your item/s or had a change of mind? No problems, our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange unless otherwise agreed.

To be eligible for a return, please ensure your item/s are unused and in the same condition that you received it, including original packaging.

To process a return, please fill in the Warranty and Returns Form and email SAAE Australia at sales@saaeaustralia.com.au. All item/s are to be returned to (at own cost):

Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item/s. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Refund may not be granted if: 

  1.  Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  2. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery 
Late or missing refunds (If Applicable)
  1. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  2. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  4. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@saaeaustralia.com.au
Sale items (If Applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded, however you can receive a store credit – unless specified.

Warranty Claims

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You’re entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You’re also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

The costs associated with a claim made against these warranties (i.e. postage) are to be borne by you.

These warranties constitute our entire guarantee. Except where otherwise provided by the Australian Consumer Law, all other obligations, warranties, both expressed and implied are excluded to the fullest extent allowed by law. 

Please note the standard warranty across most products is 12 months unless otherwise specified by the manufacturer. Manufacturer warranties only apply to original purchasers. Where a product has been purchased second hand, SAAE Australia and the manufacturer will no longer be liable for claims against product warranties. This does not affect any rights or remedies to which you may be entitled under the Australian Consumer Law.

Warranty will not cover damage that has occurred from improper installation, unintended use, modifications, environmental factors (outside of the items scope) and general wear and tear.

Any additional expenses occurred other than the item cost will not be covered unless otherwise specified.

Fitment of Products

Please ensure that you comply with manufacturer’s fitment guidelines when fitting your items. In most cases items must be fitted by a qualified person. Failure to comply with manufacturer’s fitment guidelines may void warranty and/or affect performance.

Processing a Return/Warranty Claim

To process a return or warranty claim, please fill in the Warranty and Returns Form and email SAAE Australia at sales@saaeaustralia.com.au. All item/s are to be returned to (at own cost):
